If you notice any issues such as:

You can request an immediate exchange.

2. If You Choose to Return

If you decide not to keep the product (for personal preference), you may return it at the time of delivery.
In this case, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

3. Return Conditions

  • Return must be initiated at the time of delivery only.

  • Once accepted, products cannot be returned later, unless there’s a valid defect.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
